Chad Michael Welker, 43, formerly of Salem, Illinois passed away February 10, 2022 in Evansville, Indiana. Born January 1, 1979 in Lawrenceville, IL, he was the son of Michael W. Welker and Lori Vantlin Look. He was a former employee of North American Lighting in Salem. Survivors include his father and step-mother, Michael and Rhonda Welker of Salem, and his daughter, Nevaeh Welker. Simple cremation was chosen. There will be no public service.
