Bobby Reed

Bobby Reed, 54, of Kell, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at his home. Bobby was born December 22, 1964 in Decatur, son of Carrol Lee Wilson and Bonnie Kay Laffoon. He married Frances Wilkey on February 21, 1992 and they later divorced. He married Sarah Saathoff on December 9, 2016 and she survives in Kell. In addition to his wife, Sarah Reed of Kell, he is also survived by his father: Carrol Lee Wilson of Centralia; two daughters: Jill Newman and Derek Webster of Salem and Chelsey Reed of Centralia; three step-children: Skyler Guidish and wife Samantha of Washington, Tyler Guidish and wife Haley of Centralia and Travis Guidish of Kell; a granddaughter: Baylee-Ann Webster and one on the way; two step grandchildren: Karsyn Guidish and Magnolia Guidish; a brother: Larry Wilson and fiance Becky Jolliff of Centralia; a step-sister: Heather Reed of California; nieces and nephews; twin great nephews: Landon and Maverick; an aunt: Mary Gramlick and husband Don of Central City; two uncles: Larry Lowey and wife Betty of Virginia and Dave Lowey of Virginia; mother-in-law: Mary Hahn of Lincoln; a sister-in-law: Sandra Brooks of Lincoln; several cousins and friends. Bobby was preceded in death by his mother: Bonnie Laffoon and husband Richard and an uncle: John Lowey, who Bobby looked up to. Bobby worked at Little Egypt Golf Cart in Salem for 18 years and later worked at Warren G. Murray Developmental Center in Centralia for 11 plus years. He served as a Firefighter with the Kell Volunteer Fire Department. He loved watching John Wayne and MASH. He enjoyed traveling and riding his motorcycle. Bobby was a great story teller, he was constantly making people laugh, was a good cook and liked to barbecue, but most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends. Funeral Services for Bobby Reed will be held Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home in Centralia with Pastor Steve Upchurch officiating. Per the Family's wishes the Last Ride Motorcycle Hearse will give Bobby his last ride to his final resting place at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Centralia. Visitation will be held Monday, April 8, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and also Tuesday, April 9, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home .
